As an Account Manager with The Sergio Bio State Farm Agency, you will generate the kind of exceptional client experiences that reinforce the growth of our successful insurance agency.

Responsibilities

• Establish customer relationships and follow up with customers as needed.
• Use a customer-focused, review process to educate customers about insurance options.
• Efficiently meet the needs of customers while promoting the development of our business.

Qualifications

• Dedicated, Loyal, Dependable not only to the client but to the agency
• Excellent communication skills to assist customers and coordinate with other agency team members
• Proactive in problem-solving
• Prior sales and customer service experience is desired (whether in the insurance industry or outside), property and casualty license will be required to be obtained

Compensación: $15.00 - $22.00 per hour
