Full Time Summary Responsible for reviewing incoming invoices and maintaining and organizing accounts payable paper and electronic filing. Also responsible for recording and tracking customer payments. Assist in the invoicing process, collections and preparing reports.
- Review all incoming invoices for appropriate documentation and approval prior to processing.
- Answer all vendor inquiries.
- Maintain all accounts payable reports, spreadsheets and AP files
- Post customer payments by recording cash, checks, wire transfers, and credit card transactions in Wide Orbit.
- Assist in invoicing process and Co-op handling
- Assist in the verification of employee timekeeping records
- Assist with the uploading of files to the FCC Public Files and special projects as needed.

Required Education And Experience - 1 year Accounting, Accounts Payable experience a plus

POSITION TYPE/EXPECTED HOURS OF WORK This is a Full Time position. Actual schedule and hours may vary.
SUPERVISORY RESPONSIBILITY Reports directly to Sr. Business Operations Manager
