Description Robert Half is searching for entry-level Accounting Assistants for ongoing opportunities. The Accounting Assistants' duties will include: data entry, matching invoices to purchase orders or vouchers, and assisting with the processing of accounts payable and accounts receivable. Bookkeeping: · Assist in maintaining accurate and up-to-date financial records. · Record daily transactions, including accounts payable and accounts receivable entries. Invoice Processing: · Process and verify invoices from vendors. · Ensure proper coding and documentation before submitting invoices for approval. Expense Reconciliation: · Reconcile credit card statements and receipts. · Verify and reconcile employee expense reports with receipts and company policies. Data Entry: · Enter financial data into accounting software or spreadsheets. · Maintain organized and well-documented records for easy retrieval. Assist with Financial Reporting: · Support the preparation of financial reports, including income statements and balance sheets. · Provide necessary information and documentation for financial audits. Requirements Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, 6+ months of accounting experience, and excellent communication skills.
