• Competitive Pay: $40,000 - $45,000 + Credit for experience
• Flexible Schedule: Monday - Friday | 9:00 am - 5:30 pm with weekend rotations

• Lead and participate in engaging, hands-on activities, events, trips, and celebrations within the assisted living setting, encouraging resident involvement and highlighting individual talents.
• Create and distribute monthly calendars and newsletters; gather resident feedback through surveys; collaborate closely with other departments to ensure a well-rounded, meaningful daily program.
• Personally facilitate activities and outings - including scheduling transportation, driving the community van or bus, and assisting residents directly during trips and events.
• Engage with one-on-one residents daily, providing companionship, encouragement, and assistance during activities to foster connection and a sense of belonging.
• Support marketing efforts, build community relationships, and occasionally assists with tours and apartment rentals

• Must be 21 years of age or older
• 2 years of assisted living experience required
