**Responsibilities:**
* Configure and customize Agiloft CLM modules, workflows, and dashboards.
* Develop and manage contract templates, forms, rules, and approval processes.
* Integrate Agiloft with enterprise systems (Salesforce, ERP, CRM, Microsoft 365, ServiceNow) using REST APIs or middleware (Boomi, MuleSoft, Zapier).
* Perform system administration, including roles, permissions, data imports, and user management.
* Create reports and analytics for contract performance metrics.
* Troubleshoot and optimize system performance.
* Provide documentation, training, and ongoing support.
**Required Skills:**
· 2–5+ years of hands-on experience with **Agiloft CLM or BPM platforms**.
· Expertise in Agiloft configuration, scripting, and rule development.
· Experience with integrations via **APIs or middleware**.
· Proficiency in **SQL, JavaScript, XML** preferred.
· Strong understanding of **contract management and workflow automation**.
· Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities.
