Appliance Repair Technician
Position Summary: We are seeking skilled Appliance Repair Technicians to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for diagnosing, repairing, and maintaining home appliances while delivering excellent customer service. Technicians will receive ongoing training to stay up to date with new appliances and technologies, ensuring high-quality and efficient service for customers.

Key Responsibilities:
Diagnose and repair home appliances and equipment.
Provide cost estimates for repairs.
Communicate effectively with customers regarding services needed.
Order parts and ensure efficient use of company materials.
Collect payment for work performed.
Maintain cleanliness and organization of work vehicles.
Complete customer information and reports accurately.
Participate in ongoing training to expand knowledge and skills.
Qualifications:
Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record.
EPA Type 1 or Universal CFC Certification required.
At least one year of prior experience in appliance repair is preferred.
Education Requirements:
High school diploma or equivalent

Punctuality, reliability, and efficiency in completing repairs.

Willingness to participate in ongoing training and skill development.
Location & Compensation:
Bethlehem, Pennsylvania, United States.
Salary range: $50,000 – $150,000 annually, based on experience.
Compensation includes bonuses, commissions, and daily guarantee pay (transitioning to commission-based as experience grows).
