**Employment Type:** Full time **Shift:** Day Shift **Description:** **POSITION PURPOSE** + Assistant / Junior Property Manager for Trinity Health Michigan. + This position supports and executes the administration of the Michigan portfolio. + Seeking candidates with Commercial Real Estate experience. + The selected candidate will perform administrative duties requiring broad and comprehensive real estate, accounting, and property management experience. + Full-time, hourly, benefited position scheduled 40 hours per week. + Hybrid position, remote on M, F - In Ann Arbor Offices Tu, W, Th. **WHAT YOU WILL DO** + Prepares lease documents as directed. Draft basic leases and amendments using Trinity Health Real Estate templates. + Reviews receivable aging's monthly, follows up with Tenants and calculates late fee charges. + Completes check requests and purchase orders; reviews contracts and statements related to such. + Receives property management requests; triages and prioritizes issues; and routes to appropriate resources or otherwise takes action with very limited supervision. + Regularly engages in a variety of contacts inside and outside the organization to obtain or relay information, gather data, etc., often dealing with executives, medical staff or influential external stakeholders. + Responsible to obtain and review Real and Personal Property tax information and submit for payment semiannually. Files annual PPT exemptions and communicates with Assessors regularly. + Collaborate with the Accounting Department in reviewing monthly internal journal entries. + Handles sensitive and confidential data and information with strict discretion. + Provides administrative support to department Director and Property Managers. **MINIUMUM QUALIFICATIONS** + **Education:** Associate's degree or an equivalent combination of education and experience required. Bachelor's degree in business, accounting, finance or related field preferred. + **Experience:** Five years of commercial real estate management and/or accounting experience required. Five years of commercial real estate experience performing comparable duties preferred. + **KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS AND ABILITIES:** Good knowledge of real estate leasing and terminology.
