DARCARS Collision Center of Baltimore  is now hiring  Auto Body Technician / Mechanic!

As a Auto Body Technician / Mechanic  you will be responsible for repairing damaged bodies of vehicles, and or, parts in accordance with factory and dealership specifications and time standards.

Qualifications & Requirements:

• 3+ years of previous automotive technician experience 
• CSI and Quality scores above regional average preferred
• Must be proficient in all vehicle maintenance services
• Must be a team player and have the ability to work repetitively on complex tasks
• Must be a minimum of eighteen years of age
• Must have a valid driver’s license and safe driving record
• Must be able to pass pre-employment screening (background)

Responsibility:

• Perform work detailed on vehicle repair orders in accordance with manufacturer’s standards
• De-trim, disassemble and repair vehicle with a sense of urgency and attention to detail
• Maintain/assist with identifying, and or, sourcing parts and material
• Meet or exceed the Collision Center's requirement for productivity
• Maintain tools and equipment in a proper state of repair
• Serve as subject matter expert in compliance with all federal, state and local regulations that affect body shop operations, such as hazardous waste disposal, OSHA Right-to-Know, etc.
