Marin County's Premier European & Japanese Auto Shop is Hiring for an Experienced Tech Position- Join Our Team!

Who we are : 

Masters European Auto Repair is a multi-generational, family-owned business that's been a cornerstone of the Mill Valley community since 1976. We have 5 full time technicians, some of whom have been with us for over ten years.

We are looking for a new member of our team who will integrate well with our current team and who understands our culture and values. What we do : 

While we work on most European and Japanese vehicles, we specialize in these brands, specifically:

• Audi/Volkswagen and Porsche 
• BMW
• Land Rover
• Volvo
• Mercedes Benz
• Toyota/Lexus
• Honda/Acura

Who we are looking for:  

Our ideal tech has experience that matches our specialties, however, we appreciate not everyone will come to us with that history.

• ASE Certifications 
• Proficiency with diagnostic and programming tools (we use AUTOLOGIC, ISCAN, AUTEL, ROSS-TECH/VCDS, SNAP-ON, etc). 
• Motivated and positive disposition with a team-focused attitude
• Capable of working in a linear / logical fashion with critical thinking and intuition that is key for successful diagnostics
• Ability to take great care of someone's property and deliver a vehicle back to customer that is in better condition than when it was left with us
• A clean DMV record and current driver's license
• Commitment to a drug and alcohol-alcohol-free work environment

What we can offer you: 
Compensation and benefits:

• Compensation range of $82,500/ year up to $150,000/ year. 
• Starting salary based on experience. 
• Competitive hourly wage combined with a tiered bonus plan that rewards efficiency and expertise

Our work week at a glance:

We are open from Monday-Friday 8:00am to 5:00pm. Techs are dressed ready to work by 8am, take a one hour lunch, and two fifteen minute coffee breaks as needed. 

Our team takes pride in a clean and organized shop and we would encourage our newest member to participate. 

We believe in a collaborative, no-ego environment. We openly discuss challenges as a team and value every member's input to continuously improve our processes.
