Product Owner/Business analyst

Must Have Technical/Functional Skills-

• Collaboration with the Stakeholders to create business requirements, and prototypes
• Conducting process study with business users to completely comprehend the workflow and identify gaps
• Experience in functional testing and work with business users in preparing User Acceptance Test Cases and assist in UAT
• Involved in User Story creation, Product Backlog, Sprint Planning, Daily Scrum, Sprint Review and Sprint Retrospective
• Strong written and oral communication skills Must have an experience worked as BSA
• Must have an experience in JIRA for stories creation, Defect and Epic tracking
• Must have experience in documenting QA requirements in Scrum tool like JIRA
• Must have experience working in Agile environment in a Scrum team.
• Must have hands-on experience with Qtest or other test management tools
• Must have hands-on experience on performing testing and scenario creation for End to End of the application.
• Expected to work with Developers and Business to understand and document testing requirements

Managing Product Backlog: Prioritizing tasks based on business value

Collaborating with Stakeholders: Understanding and translating their needs into product requirements

Overseeing Development: Monitoring progress and ensuring the product meets quality standards

Analyzing Business Processes: Identifying areas for improvement

Gathering Requirements: Working with stakeholders to understand their needs

Designing Solutions: Creating functional requirements and technical specifications

Implementing Technology: Overseeing the deployment of new systems

Monitoring Product Performance: Tracking and analyzing market trends

Gathering Customer Feedback: Conducting surveys and focus groups

Evaluating Products: Comparing products against industry standards

Supporting Product Development: Providing data-driven insights to guide strategy

Salary Range- $110,000-$130,000 a year
