Are you confident on the phone and great with people? We’re hiring a Call Center Representative to join our fast-growing, locally owned home improvement company in Lebanon, OH !
Position Details:
Schedule: Monday–Thursday 12pm-7pm, Friday 12pm-6pm
Pay: $18/hour
Location: Lebanon, OH (in-office)
About the Role:
Book free in-home estimates for homeowners interested in bath and shower remodeling
Follow up with warm leads who haven’t scheduled yet
Use CRM and scheduling software to manage calls and appointments
No cold calling or telemarketing
This position is appointment-setting only – you will not handle customer issues
What We’re Looking For:
Great phone presence and conversation skills
Strong typing, computer, and organizational abilities
Experience with CRM systems and scheduling software is a plus
Positive, self-motivated, and team-oriented
