Position Overview:
We are seeking a licensed Civil Engineer to join our team as a Project Engineer in Arizona. In this role, you'll lead and manage civil engineering projects from planning through construction, ensuring technical excellence and client satisfaction at every phase. Key Responsibilities:
Lead the design and management of civil engineering projects, providing technical guidance across a variety of infrastructure sectors
Conduct in-house quality assurance reviews of project work before final management approval
Coordinate directly with clients to address design questions and resolve engineering issues in a timely manner
Ensure all drawings and designs comply with company standards, applicable codes, and project specifications
Direct and prepare improvement plans, specifications, technical reports, and permit applications for diverse public and private projects
Bachelor’s degree in civil engineering
Registered Professional Engineer (P.E.) in the State of Arizona
(We are seeking certified Project Engineers, but will also consider candidates with significant pipeline design experience who can perform advanced engineering tasks)
3–5 years of project engineering experience in civil infrastructure design (including drainage, water, utilities, and pipelines)
Proficiency in Civil3D, AutoCAD, and ArcGIS
Experience producing construction plans and documents from concept through completion, including:
Survey data processing
Base map development
Utility research and conflict resolution
