Compensation:

• Cleaning Technicians: $12/hour
• Team Leads: $15/hour

Responsibilities:

• Perform various cleaning tasks with attention to detail and quality
• Utilize appropriate cleaning tools, equipment, and supplies safely and effectively
• Maintain communication with team members and clients for optimal service delivery
• Complete tasks within the timeframe of each cleaning session
• Dependability and punctuality are essential
• Team Leads will take charge of guiding and overseeing a team, ensuring high-quality cleaning standards

Qualifications:

• Must have cleaning experience or a willingness to learn
• Strong work ethic and reliability
• Excellent time management skills
• Capable of working both independently and as part of a team
• Physical stamina to handle demanding cleaning tasks
• Team Leads should possess leadership qualities and experience
