Job Responsibilities:
* Assist clients with personal care (bathing, grooming, toileting)
* Provide companionship and emotional support
* Light housekeeping, meal prep, and medication reminders
* Promote a safe and healthy environment in the home
* Follow individualized care plans and document services provided
Requirements:
* Current CNA, PCA, or HHA certification in Virginia
* CPR certification
* Recent TB test (within the last 12 months)
* Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
* Passion for helping others and strong communication skills
