Job Overview

We are searching for a Communications Agent to join our Charlotte team. This entry-level position focuses on direct client and customer communication, assisting in campaign coordination, and ensuring consistent messaging across projects. 

Responsibilities

• Serve as a primary point of contact between clients and internal teams.
• Support marketing and outreach efforts through in-person communication and client engagement.
• Prepare written materials such as internal updates, reports, and client summaries.
• Collaborate with project coordinators and account managers to ensure deadlines and deliverables are met.
• Handle customer inquiries and provide clear, professional information.
• Participate in team meetings and assist with administrative support as needed.

Qualifications
