We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Communications Coordinator to join our team in Dallas, TX. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing and supporting the execution of internal and external communication strategies, ensuring consistent messaging and enhancing organizational engagement.

Responsibilities

  • Assist in the development and implementation of communication plans

  • Draft, edit, and proofread company communications, press releases, and internal memos

  • Coordinate communication initiatives across departments

  • Support executive communications and presentation materials

  • Monitor industry trends and assist in preparing reports and updates

  • Maintain organized communication calendars and project timelines

  • Facilitate internal newsletters, reports, and company updates

Qualifications



Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Communications, Public Relations, Journalism, or a related field

  • 1–3 years of experience in a communications or administrative role

  • Exceptional writing, editing, and verbal communication skills

  • Ability to manage multiple projects with attention to detail and deadlines

  • Strong organizational and interpersonal skills

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and basic design/editing tools is a plus
