We are seeking a highly organized and motivated Communications Coordinator to support the development and implementation of internal and external communication strategies. This role will involve content creation, coordination of campaigns, and maintaining consistent messaging across all touchpoints. The ideal candidate will be a strong writer, a detail-oriented project manager, and a proactive team player.
Responsibilities
Assist in developing and executing communication plans that align with brand goals
Draft, edit, and proofread internal communications, press releases, and company materials
Coordinate the production of newsletters, presentations, reports, and other collateral
Maintain and update communication calendars and schedules
Collaborate with teams to ensure consistency of message and tone across all channels
Monitor media mentions and industry news to support strategic messaging
Support the planning and execution of company events and public relations initiatives
Bachelor’s degree in Communications, Public Relations, Marketing, or a related field
1–3 years of experience in a communications or coordinator role
Excellent writing, editing, and organizational skills
Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
Familiarity with communication tools such as Mailchimp, Canva, or similar platforms is a plus
