Crew Lead
The highest performing concrete crews are those with a crew lead. A crew lead is an assistant to the foreman. A crew lead is a Level 3 Finisher and is capable of leading the crew in setting up and pouring. A crew lead is balanced in his ability to not only give orders when needed, but he’s humble enough to take orders and carry out the vision of the foreman with a positive attitude. At a moment’s notice, the foreman is able to leave the jobsite in the hands of the Crew Lead and trust that the work will get done at the same pace and quality as though he had never left.
