Key Responsibilities
Develop and lead creative strategies to enhance brand identity across digital, print, and social platforms.
Manage the design and production of marketing assets, including ads, social media content, email campaigns, and promotional materials.
Collaborate with marketing, sales, and operations teams to ensure brand consistency.
Provide creative direction for campaigns that connect with target audiences and drive engagement.
Oversee freelancers, designers, and creative partners as needed.
Stay up to date with design, branding, and digital marketing trends to keep campaigns fresh and competitive.
Ensure all creative deliverables meet company standards and align with business goals.
Qualifications
Must reside in the United States (remote applicants outside the U.S. will not be considered).
Proven experience as a Creative Director, Art Director, or Senior Designer in marketing, branding, or advertising.
Strong portfolio showcasing branding, design, and creative campaign leadership.
Proficiency with design tools (Adobe Creative Suite, Figma, Canva, etc.).
Excellent leadership, communication, and collaboration skills.
Ability to manage multiple projects with strong attention to detail and deadlines.
Experience with digital marketing, social media campaigns, and brand storytelling.
