Job Description

Chief Revenue Officer (CRO)

Brooklyn, NY

200–250K + Bonuses

Company Overview

We are a rapidly growing eCommerce company specializing in natural supplements designed to support health and wellbeing. As we scale, we’re seeking a Chief Revenue Officer to lead all revenue-generating functions and unlock the next stage of growth across digital, Amazon, retail, wholesale, and strategic partnerships.

Position Overview

The Chief Revenue Officer will be responsible for developing and executing the company’s overall revenue strategy. This includes overseeing sales, eCommerce, marketing, Amazon performance, and retail expansion. This role requires a strategic and hands-on executive who can align cross-functional teams, identify high-impact growth opportunities, and deliver measurable results across all channels.

Key Responsibilities

  • Own and lead the company’s revenue strategy across Amazon, DTC, retail, wholesale, and partnerships

  • Identify and execute new growth opportunities across both digital and offline channels

  • Optimize sales performance on Amazon and other eCommerce platforms

  • Drive national retail and wholesale expansion, including relationship management with key accounts

  • Oversee sales and marketing alignment to ensure unified growth strategy

  • Collaborate with leadership on pricing, margin, promotion, and profitability decisions

  • Build and lead cross-functional teams in sales, marketing, and revenue operations

  • Report directly to the CEO and contribute to company-wide strategic planning

Must-Haves

  • 10+ years of experience in business development, revenue leadership, or commercial strategy

  • Proven ability to scale a product-based business across multiple channels (DTC, Amazon, retail, wholesale)

  • Strong understanding of eCommerce, digital marketing, sales operations, and retail partnerships

  • Demonstrated success in owning revenue targets and driving measurable topline growth

  • Entrepreneurial mindset with a track record of taking ownership and executing across departments

  • Strong analytical thinking with experience making data-informed business decisions

  • Excellent leadership, negotiation, and cross-functional collaboration skills

  • Experience in high-growth, founder-led, or fast-paced environments

Why Apply?

This is a unique opportunity to shape the growth trajectory of a rapidly scaling brand. As CRO, you’ll lead the full commercial engine — from digital and Amazon to retail and partnerships — and work directly with the CEO to build the next chapter of the business. If you’re a strategic, growth-minded leader ready to take full ownership of revenue, we want to hear from you.
