This position operates under the nightly hours of 6 PM to 10 PM and involves managing cleaning protocols in various settings to ensure a hygienic and safe environment. Duties and Responsibilities

• Perform general clean-up of all areas of the building as directed, from sweeping and mopping to dusting and trash removal, ensuring spaces remain sanitary and tidy.
• Manage routine upkeep of exterior areas and parking lots including clearing sidewalks and steps of debris or snow, as per seasonal needs.
• Handle emergency cleaning and upkeep requests expediently and with care, ensuring minimal disruption to operations.
• Care for cleaning equipment, performing regular maintenance and repairs to ensure tools are ready and available as needed.
• Replenish supplies in bathrooms, break rooms, and common areas, taking stock to ensure adequate levels are maintained and ordering supplies as necessary.
• Follow procedures for the use of chemical cleaners and power equipment, in order to prevent damage to floors and fixtures.
• Monitor building security and safety by performing tasks such as locking doors after operating hours or checking electrical appliance use to ensure that hazards are not created.
• Notify managers concerning the need for major repairs or additions to building operating systems.
• Arrange furniture and set-up rooms for meetings or events as requested.
• Adhere strictly to health and safety guidelines and protocols, maintaining a focus on both personal and public safety in all tasks.
