Acara Solutions seeks highly qualified candidates to work  ON-SITE  with our client in Buffalo, NY.  Interested?

Here's what you'd do:

• Assist the Finance team with efficient and accurate cash posting into our pharmacy system. 
• Manual cash posting in Scriptmed.
• Reconcile all checks posted on a daily basis.
• Basic office duties including scanning, filing and front reception desk coverage as needed.
• Maintains confidentiality and uses only the minimum amount of protected health information (PHI) necessary to accomplish job related responsibilities.
• Every associate is given a job upon hire outlining the qualifications, duties, and pay grade of the position. 
• Client reserves the right to change job s as necessary. 
• Will adhere to all federal and state laws, rules and regulations, and client policies and procedures. 
• Promote a professional and ethical environment through active engagement with client Compliance Program.
• While performing the duties of this job, the associate is regularly needed to communicate professionally in person, over the telephone, through email and other electronic means, handle various types of media and equipment, and visually or otherwise identify, observe, and assess.
• Other duties as needed.

Here's what you'll get:

Pay: $18.00 - $20.00 / hr. 

Hours: 40 hrs/Week. 8am-5pm.

Length: Contract (6 months ).

Job Requirements

Required Skills / Qualifications:

• High School Diploma or GED.
• Minimum 2 years of experience in data entry.

Preferred Skills / Qualifications:

• Ability to focus on fine details with high accuracy.
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
• Ability to take initiative and comply with regulations.

Additional Information:

• Upon offer of employment, the individual will be subject to a background check and a drug screen.

• Work is typically performed in an office-type environment (either on-site at the company, from home or combination of both) with some physical demands such as sitting for long  periods of time (6-8 hours per day) bending, stretching, lifting, typing, speaking, hearing, handling, fingering, lifting up to 5 lbs., near acuity/clarity with or without correction, subject to inside environmental conditions but not necessarily from temperature changes, subject to moderate noise, and normal exposure to everyday risks and discomfort requiring common safety precautions. 
• Responsibilities occasionally need an adjusted work schedule, overtime, and evening hours in order to meet deadlines.

• The ability to telecommute (work remotely off-campus) as needed on a regular basis or whenever necessary to continue business operations.
