Job Description
We are seeking a tech-savvy data entry clerk to support our CAD team in processing orders efficiently. The role involves assisting customers in understanding CAD processes and providing an escalation point for the customer service team regarding design issues. The ideal candidate will be proficient in working on multiple screens throughout the day.
Responsibilities
Support the CAD team in order processing and coordination with the cut team.
Assist customers in understanding CAD operations and services.
Act as an escalation point for the customer service team concerning design-related inquiries.
Manage and process service orders and handle order entry.
Ensure efficient que management and order fulfillment.
Essential Skills
Proficiency in data entry and order processing.
Experience with customer service and support.
Familiarity with Microsoft Office applications.
Ability to manage purchase orders and service orders effectively.
At least 6 months of professional experience.
Additional Skills & Qualifications
High School Diploma.
1+ year of customer service experience.
6+ months of office experience.
Experience from a manufacturing company is preferred.
Strong initiative and quick learning abilities.
Candidates with gaming experience have excelled in this role previously.
Work Environment
The role is based in a small, family-owned company with a close-knit atmosphere. The company frequently hosts catered lunches and holiday activities. The work environment includes a clean production floor behind the office, which candidates may need to access occasionally. The position requires working on-site Monday through Friday from 9:30 AM to 6:00 PM.
Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $18.50 - $18.50/hr.
