Job Description

As a Field Service Engineer, you will perform maintenance, audits, configuration, programming, installation/commissioning, upgrades, and migration of complex/advanced Honeywell Distributed Control Systems (EXPERION PKS, TPS/TDC300). **Key Responsibilities** + Periodic communication with customers regarding technical and administrative DCS issues. + Provide customer support on Honeywell Control Systems and serve as customer contact for service-related issues/inquiries. + Configure, maintain, and troubleshoot Honeywell hardware, networks, and software including Experion PKS, LCN, and TPS. + Upgrade TPN and Experion software from one software release to another software release on the live control system without causing any interruption to the customer's industrial process. + Migrate Legacy Honeywell control systems to Honeywell's new technology offering. + Understand customer key processes and economic drivers and translate those into business opportunities, providing + Be the face of Honeywell to end-users, and competitors. + Learn end-to-end product/solution development and delivery/execution of Honeywell products and solutions. + Use technical expertise of complex Honeywell solutions/product offerings to enhance customer experience. + Actively interface with customers at all levels. Ensure customer satisfaction through oral and written communication. + Provide occasional vacation coverage and 7 X 24 emergency support to customers and other Field Service Engineers.
