Job Title: Dessert Cart Attendant – Suite Level

Location: KFC Yum! Center, Louisville, KY

Department: Hospitality / Premium Services

Employment Type: Part-Time | Event-Based

Reports To: Suite Level Supervisor / Premium Services Manager

About the Role

We’re looking for enthusiastic, service-driven individuals to join our team as  Dessert Cart Attendants on the Suite Level of the KFC Yum! Center. In this role, you'll bring a touch of luxury and delight to our guests by offering a rotating selection of high-end desserts during sporting events, concerts, and other live experiences.

Key Responsibilities

• Operate and maintain a mobile dessert cart in premium suite areas.
• Present and describe dessert offerings in an engaging, knowledgeable, and professional manner.
• Provide exceptional guest service to VIP and suite-level guests, anticipating needs and exceeding expectations.
• Restock dessert items and supplies throughout the event as needed.
• Maintain cleanliness, organization, and food safety standards.
• Handle payments or guest checks (if applicable).
• Collaborate with kitchen and suite staff to ensure timely replenishment and service.

Qualifications

• Prior experience in food service, hospitality, or premium event service preferred.
• Friendly, outgoing demeanor with strong interpersonal skills.
• Ability to remain professional and composed in a fast-paced, high-end environment.
• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Ability to stand and walk for extended periods and lift up to 25 lbs.
• Food Handler’s Permit or ability to obtain (varies by location).

Schedule & Pay

• Shifts are event-based, typically evenings and weekends.
• Pay rate: $15] + tips (if applicable)
