POSITION SUMMARY:

As our Director of Operations , you will report directly to our CEO. You will play a pivotal role in overseeing and optimizing the operational aspects of our business. Your primary responsibility is to drive efficiency, scalability, and profitability while ensuring an overall exceptional experience for our property owners, guests, and team. The ideal candidate will bring a strategic mindset, operational expertise, and a passion for delivering outstanding hospitality services in the vacation rental industry. You will be pivotal in transforming our big-picture goals into tangible realities - a rockstar at creating efficiencies and executing company-wide plans.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Collaborate with the CEO to translate the company's big vision into practical, efficient solutions with measurable results. 
• Provide strategic direction and leadership to the operations team, ensuring alignment with overall business objectives. 
• Oversee day-to-day operations, optimizing processes to enhance efficiency and guest satisfaction. 
• Execute business plans structured to meet financial goals. 
• Foster growth by exploring new revenue streams and developing goals.
• Tackle challenges head-on, maintaining a positive outlook under pressure.
• Uphold Beachside VR’s values and objectives while achieving its long-term vision and goals. 

QUALIFICATIONS:

• Previous experience in a Senior-level leadership role (Integrator, GM, COO, VP) is required. 
• Experience managing vacation rental properties or similar accommodations, demonstrating a track record of successful operations, revenue growth, and guest satisfaction. 
• The ability to lead and inspire a team to foster a positive culture of accountability, collaboration, and continuous improvement is essential.
• Experience in developing teams within the EOS framework is a plus.
• Skilled in strategy implementation and data analysis. 
• Knowledge of Operations, Finance, and Human Resources.
• Bachelor’s degree (preferred). 

COMPENSATION & BENEFITS:

OTE of $100,000 - $125,000 based on experience and achievement. 

Bonus: Generous bonus opportunity based on individual and company performance.
