Job Summary

Works under general supervision and uses judgment to plan and accomplish goals.

Job Description

• Answer phone calls, provide information to callers, and direct calls as needed.
• Schedule and coordinate appointments and meetings.
• Take dictation and prepare correspondence or reports as required.
• Perform general office duties and maintain organized records.
• Utilize standard office practices and procedures to ensure smooth daily operations.
• Collaborate with supervisors or managers to accomplish departmental goals.

Skills Required

• 1–3 years of experience in administrative or office roles.
• Strong planning and time-management abilities.
• Effective multitasking and organizational skills.
• Excellent communication and coordination skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft applications, including Outlook email.
• Good interpersonal skills and ability to work well in a team.
• Familiarity with standard office concepts, practices, and procedures.
• Ability to work independently while following general supervision.

Education/Training/Certifications

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.

Additional Requirements

• Must pass a drug screening and criminal background check.
• Shift: 07:00 AM

Pay Rate/Salary

• Estimated Salary : $15.00 to $23.41 per hour based on qualifications.
