Work you'll do/Responsibilities + Provide steady state Epic support for a client on the East Coast working Eastern Time zone hours. + Provide support for incident resolution + Provide support for service requests + Provide support for enhancement build upgrade build and support The Team AI & Engineering leverages cutting-edge engineering capabilities to build, deploy, and operate integrated/verticalized sector solutions in software, data, AI, network, and hybrid cloud infrastructure. Qualifications Required + 3+ years of Epic Steady State Support + Must have an active Epic Beaker Certification + Have excellent documentation and verbal skills + Willingness to work on an on-call schedule for evenings and weekends, should the need arise + Bachelor's degree, preferably in Computer Science, Information Technology, Computer Engineering, or related IT discipline; or equivalent experience + Ability to travel 10%, on average, based on the work you do and the clients and industries/sectors you serve Preferred + Epic Cupid certification + Analytical/ Decision Making Responsibilities + Analytical ability to manage multiple projects and prioritize tasks into manageable work products + Can operate independently or with minimum supervision + Excellent Written and Communication Skills + Ability to deliver technical demonstrations Information for applicants with a need for accommodation: All qualified applicants will receive consideration for employment without regard to race, color, religion, sex, sexual orientation, gender identity, national origin, age, disability or protected veteran status, or any other legally protected basis, in accordance with applicable law.
