Job Description
- Serve as the primary point of contact for the Orders team during business hours (8:00 AM - 5:00 PM CST).
- Manage incident tickets and requests via ServiceNow, Zoom, and email.
- Handle routine maintenance tasks, including:
Break-fix tickets
Care team requests
Quick optimization tasks
Order set updates
- Shield the full-time team from ad-hoc requests and busy work.
- Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth operations and timely resolution of issues.

Skills and Requirements
- Epic IP Orders Certification (Inpatient Orders).
- Strong understanding of incident management and optimization workflows.
- Ability to work independently and communicate effectively in a remote environment. - Bugsy Certification (highly preferred).
- Orders Transmittal Certification (results routing).
- Experience with BPA and OTX (Orders Transmittal).
- Familiarity with Bugsy workflows, even without certification.
