Now Hiring: Event Staff at Sunshine Events Center (Springfield, MO) 

The Sunshine Events Center , Springfield’s premier 5,000 sq. ft. event venue with rooftop patio, is looking for energetic and customer-focused individuals to join our Event Staff team .

Position: Event Staff (Part-Time & Flexible Scheduling)

Pay: $12–$14/hour + tips

What You’ll Do:

• Provide outstanding service during weddings, private parties, corporate events, and community gatherings
• Assist with event setup and teardown (tables, chairs, décor, etc.).
• Serve food and beverages with professionalism and attention to detail.
• Maintain a clean, welcoming, and safe environment for all guests.
• Support the Event Manager and team to ensure smooth event operations.

What We’re Looking For:

• Positive, professional attitude and strong work ethic.
• Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
• Reliable and punctual team players.
• Experience in hospitality, serving, or bartending is a plus (but not required — we’ll train the right candidates!)
