Job Description
We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Events Assistant to join our dynamic team. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment and enjoys supporting event planning, coordination, and execution from concept to completion. You will play a vital role in ensuring each event reflects the Lab Connect Bizz standard of excellence and innovation.
Responsibilities
Assist in planning, organizing, and executing corporate and promotional events.
Coordinate logistics, including venues, vendors, catering, and schedules.
Support event set-up, on-site coordination, and post-event follow-up.
Communicate effectively with internal teams and external partners.
Maintain timelines, budgets, and project documentation.
Ensure smooth operations and provide exceptional service throughout each event.
