Job Title: Executive & Leadership Coach

Location: Alberta (Monday to Friday, Morning Shift)

Pay Rate: $150 - $250 per hour

Employment Type: 3-year Contract

Work Model: Hybrid/Remote

Expected hours: 25 – 40 per week

About the Role:

Staffing is seeking experienced Executive and Leadership Coaches to support Alberta's prominent public sector organization. This role involves delivering tailored coaching, facilitating strategic retreats, and enhancing leadership development across senior teams. The position offers flexible remote working arrangements, competitive hourly rates, and an opportunity to make a meaningful impact on government leadership.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and facilitate leadership retreats focused on team cohesion, wellness, and strategic alignment.
• Conduct personalized coaching sessions with senior leaders to advance organizational goals and leadership skills.
• Lead group workshops and coaching programs aligned with organizational objectives.
• Support leadership transformation initiatives through targeted coaching strategies and assessments.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to customize coaching engagements and measure progress.
• Prepare impact reports and evaluations to demonstrate coaching effectiveness and outcomes.
• Integrate principles of equity, diversity, inclusion, and accessibility into coaching and facilitation activities.

Qualifications:

• Minimum of five years of coaching experience with senior and executive leaders.
• Certification from a recognized professional coaching body.
• Proven ability to develop tailored coaching plans aligned with organizational strategies.
• Strong understanding of public sector values and policies.
• Excellent facilitation and communication skills for individual and group settings.
• Experience utilizing evidence-based coaching practices with measurable results.
