Looking for a Change... Our Salon is looking for an innovative and experienced hairstylist to join our growing team of professionals with multiply locations. We are a salon with over 20 years experience and brand new salon and medi spa location looking to fill many positions. Salon Di Panache is constantly busy with walk ins and is a great place to build your clientele. We are very flexible with hours and willing to work with your existing schedule with a friendly working environment.

Hair Stylist Requirements:

• A wide pallet of styling and coloring techniques.
• Proficiency with hot irons, curlers, and blow-dryers.
• Excellent interpersonal skills.
• Good verbal communication.
• Physical stamina.
• Creative mindset and a good eye for design.
• You must have a current cosmetology licenses. 
• Excellent customer service skills, with the ability to provide a superb experience to all visitors while building stable relationships with their customers.
• Detail-orientated and patient.
• Effective communication skills.
• Exceptional customer service skills.
• Some Nights and weekends are required.

Hair Stylist Responsibilities:

• Consulting with clients on stylistic options for their hair.
• Listening to clients' needs to determine their preferences.
• Describing different hair care products and their benefits.
• Shampooing, cutting, coloring, and highlighting hair.
• Acting as salespersons to educate and suggest retail products.
• Building a personal relationship with clients to ensure return visits.
• Adhering to salon safety and cleanliness standards.
• Keeping updated on hairstyle trends and styling methods.
• Gaining exposure to our large and loyal customer base, and building relationships with our customers.
• Provide a high level of customer service to guests.
• Tech-savvy.
• Strong interpersonal skills, ability to communicate in a professional and courteous manner with customers, coworkers and management.
• Ability to work a flexible schedule that may include nights and weekends.
• Exceptional time management skills, exhibiting sound judgment, and the ability to multi-task.
