We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant to join our Family Medicine team in Fall River, Massachusetts. This is a full-time, weekday-only position with no nights or weekends—ideal for a provider seeking work-life balance while making a meaningful impact in a diverse community.
Key Responsibilities:
Provide comprehensive primary care across the lifespan, including preventive, acute, and chronic disease management
Conduct physical exams, obtain medical histories, and order and interpret diagnostic tests
Develop and implement treatment plans in collaboration with supervising physicians and the healthcare team
Educate patients and families on health promotion, disease prevention, and self-management
Document all patient interactions accurately and in a timely manner using an electronic medical record system
Participate in quality improvement and team-based care initiatives
Schedule: Full-time position: 4–5 days per week, Monday through Friday, No nights, weekends, or on-call responsibilities
Compensation and Benefits:
Competitive salary range: $120,000 – $140,000

Requirements:
Graduate of an accredited Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant program
Licensed to practice in the Commonwealth of Massachusetts
Current and valid DEA certificate and Massachusetts Controlled Substances Registration
Board certification as a Family Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant
Minimum of 1–2 years of primary care experience preferred
Fluency in Portuguese is particularly valuable due to the needs of the patient population
Excellent communication, organizational, and clinical decision-making skills
