Job Description

Salary: $46,180 - 62,480 per year Requirements:

• Bachelors degree in Engineering (Electrical, Mechanical, Aeronautical), Computer Science, Data Science, Mathematics, Physics, or Chemistry
• At least 5 years of related work experience accompanied by a Bachelors degree, or a Master’s degree with 3 years of relevant experience, or a PhD alongside applicable experience
• Proficient in supporting engineering design, development, and analysis for proper integration into higher-level systems and platforms
• Experienced in the design, development, integration, testing, and operational capabilities of various USAF, USN, and international programs
• Capable of developing, validating, and verifying requirements
• Skilled in overseeing critical testing processes to confirm designs meet performance criteria
• Ability to monitor supplier performance ensuring compliance with integration requirements
• Expertise in providing technical guidance for supplier and partner compliance
• Experience supporting product lifecycles, from manufacturing to end-user deployment
• Mentorship capability for junior team members

• Engage with customers to develop and record intricate electronic and electrical system requirements
• Analyze and convert requirements into system, hardware, and software designs, along with interface specifications
• Conduct tests and validations to guarantee system designs fulfill operational and functional criteria
• Oversee supplier performance to ascertain system integration and adherence to requirements
• Resolve issues and offer support regarding fielded hardware and software throughout the product lifecycle
• Investigate technological advancements for potential application in business needs
