We are seeking a detail-oriented and analytical Finance Analyst to join our team. The ideal candidate will possess strong financial acumen and the ability to interpret complex data to support business decisions. You will play a critical role in budgeting, forecasting, and financial reporting.
Position: Finance Sr Analyst
Location: 7701 Legacy Dr., Plano, TX 75024
Pay Rate: $30-45/hr
Work Schedule: Monday–Friday, 8AM–5PM
We are seeking a Finance Sr Analyst to join the team in Plano, TX. This role serves as a key financial contact, providing expertise, insights, and recommendations that support effective business decision-making. The ideal candidate will have a strong analytical background, experience in forecasting and budgeting, and the ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams to manage and influence financial outcomes.
Perform reporting and analysis, including periodic reporting, forecast analysis, and deck preparation.
Manage period close processes and weekly reports across key performance metrics.
Partner with Control teams to ensure accuracy and completeness of financial entries.
Provide ad-hoc financial analysis and project support as requested.
Collaborate with cross-functional partners to manage and influence P&L expectations.
Support in developing forecasts, Annual Operating Plan (AOP), and Strategic Business Plan (SBP).
Education: Bachelor’s Degree required (Finance or Business Administration preferred); MBA a plus.
Experience: 1–3 years in finance, including Financial Planning & Analysis, performance evaluation, or Financial Accounting and Control.
Experience within functional finance areas (Marketing, Sales, R&D, Operations, or Procurement) is a plus.
Strong experience in forecasting, budgeting, and financial modeling.
Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to convert data into actionable insights.
Effective communicator with strong presentation and writing skills.
Collaborative team player with the ability to influence across departments.
Innovative mindset focused on process improvement.
Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines.
