Job Description

Description We are looking for a detail-oriented and proactive Financial Analyst to join our team in Irvine, California on a contract basis. In this role, you will collaborate with sales leadership, finance teams, and executive stakeholders to enhance financial strategies and operational performance. The ideal candidate will leverage data-driven insights to optimize decision-making and contribute to long-range planning while driving continuous improvement across commercial operations. Responsibilities: - Partner with the Sales team to structure complex deals and align partnerships with financial goals and business strategies. - Develop and refine pricing optimization strategies in collaboration with business leaders and data teams. - Monitor and expand internal sales metrics to support performance tracking across departments. - Prepare and manage recurring financial and metrics reporting for senior management review. - Build and maintain dashboards tailored for sales and executive audiences, ensuring accessibility to key data. - Facilitate weekly deal review meetings and centralize deal tracking for improved evaluation and decision-making. - Manage sales commission plans and execute quarterly payout calculations for Sales, Client Partners, and Digital Marketing teams. - Collaborate with executive leadership to align sales strategies with broader company objectives and support long-range planning. Requirements - Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Economics, or a related field. - 3-5 years of experience in financial planning and analysis (FP& A), sales operations, or commercial analytics. - Advanced expertise in Excel, Tableau, and other business intelligence tools. - Strong organizational and project management skills, with the ability to prioritize effectively in a dynamic environment. - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for cross-functional collaboration. - Detail-oriented mindset with a commitment to accuracy and precision in data analysis. - Proven ability to present complex financial data to executive leadership clearly and concisely, supporting strategic decisions.
