**Our client, Toyota, a global leader in mobility solutions, is seeking a Financial Coordinator to join their team. As a Financial Coordinator, you will be part of the One-Tech IT Portfolio supporting financial planning and analysis. The ideal candidate will have strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and excellent communication skills, which will align successfully in the organization.** **Job Title:** Financial Coordinator **Location:** Plano, TX (Hybrid - 1 or 2 days on-site per week initially) **Pay Range:** $50-$55 hr. **What's the Job?** + Prepare, present, and participate in portfolio planning meetings with IT portfolio leaders and executives. + Coordinate and submit annual and mid-term financial plans for the assigned IT portfolio. + Collect, analyze, and present financial data to support strategic budgeting decisions. + Prepare journal entries, including accruals and reclassification of expenses. + Review budget vs. actual results, identify variances, and recommend forecast adjustments. **What's Needed?** + Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance. + 5+ years of experience in Financial Planning & Analysis (FP&A). + Advanced Microsoft Excel skills (formulas, pivot tables, V/H-lookups). + Strong verbal and written communication skills. + Ability to convey complex financial information to stakeholders clearly and persuasively. **What's in it for me?** + Opportunity to support a key IT portfolio within Toyota's innovative IT division. + Hybrid work flexibility (partially remote). + Collaborate with experienced finance and IT leaders in a fast-paced environment. + Exposure to financial planning, analysis, and strategic decision-making. + Chance to contribute to cost optimization and portfolio performance initiatives.
