**About Our Venue:**
Welcome to O-Ku Alys Beach! O-Ku offers a fresh and innovative approach to traditional Japanese sushi and cuisine. Our menu features signature starters, contemporary Japanese entrees, and seasonal sushi that beautifully complement our uniquely designed space. With a stunning beachside location, we provide waterfront and rooftop dining experiences, serving traditional sashimi and specialty rolls crafted from the finest seafood sourced from Tokyo and Hawaii, along with local and seasonal ingredients.
**The Role:**
As a Food Expeditor, you will play a crucial role in ensuring that our guests enjoy a seamless dining experience. Your keen eye for detail will help guarantee that every dish is beautifully presented and ready to be savored.
**Key Responsibilities:**
- Serve as the vital link between the kitchen and dining room staff in a fast-paced, high-demand environment, ensuring timely delivery of all food items.
- Accurately receive and relay orders to the kitchen staff according to ticket specifications, ensuring that every plate is perfect before it leaves the kitchen.
- Maintain a clean and organized work station, adhering to all cleanliness and sanitation regulations.
**Requirements for Success:**
- A minimum of one year of restaurant experience is preferred.
- A positive attitude and a willingness to assist fellow team members, fostering a collaborative work environment.
- Strong communication skills to effectively interact with managers, colleagues, and guests.
- Flexibility to work various shifts, including days, nights, weekends, and holidays.
- Ability to stand and walk for extended periods, with occasional stooping, kneeling, pushing, pulling, or lifting.
