**About the Role**
SunCore Digital is seeking a high-performance **Co-Team Lead / Full Stack Developer** to accelerate our digital infrastructure build-out. This role will lead development efforts, co-manage a lean engineering team, and coordinate directly with marketing, operations, and compliance.
**Key Responsibilities**
* **Co-champion development of SunCore’s web and app infrastructure**, ensuring scalable, modular architecture using Node.js and Python.
* Establish and manage **CI/CD pipelines** in GitHub.
* **Migrate infrastructure** from SiteGround to Digital Ocean and implement Cloudflare for performance optimization.
* **Own CRM migration**: Replace Pipedrive with Hubspot CRM via Zapier, enable full web-to-lead flow and integrate scheduling and heatmapping tools (ChiliCal, Mouseflow).
* Integrate **APIs and 3rd-party tools**: Binance, WhatToMine, Trulioo, Stripe, BitPay, BambooHR, Docusign, OKTA, Zendesk.
* **Develop and launch SunCore's secure dashboard** and mobile app (Flutter) with biometric/2FA login, real-time mining data, wallet integrations, and statement delivery.
* Ensure **SOC2-level security**, including SHA-256 secure login and third-party audit readiness.
* **Collaborate with agencies** (UI/UX, digital marketing) to integrate design, returns pages, and optimized content.
* Oversee **KYC-compliant sales flow**: Info → Product Overview → KYC → Payment → Contract → Secure Dashboard Access.
* Implement team best practices for code reviews, documentation, testing, and security in conjunction with SunCore's Back-End Team Lead.

* 5+ years full-stack development (Node.js/Python preferred)

* Experience in **fintech, blockchain, or high-compliance environments**
* Proactive, detail-oriented, and able to manage across time zones and departments

**Compensation Overview:**
* **Base Compensation:** Varies based on **experience, portfolio strength** (links must be functional), and **geographic location**.
* **Deferred Compensation Structure:** All development team compensation is **deferred until 60 days post-MVP launch**, ensuring alignment—everyone is incentivized to get to MVP as quickly as possible.
* **Milestone Bonuses:** **10% milestone bonus** awarded to every team member assisting with the MVP build-out.
* **Annual Performance Bonus:** Represents a **significant percentage** of total compensation.
