Additional states may be excluded from remote work based on business factors. Should the position shift to in-person (office/site) work in the future, the company will offer relocation benefits at that time, so long as the position meets the established eligibility for these benefits. **Description** Assist in the development, implementation and maintenance of Enterprise Geographic Information System (GIS) platform to support the management and delivery of business content. + Transpose data from hard copy records, maps, CAD drawings, county, state and federal land base maps and data bases into electronic files + Develop, plan and implement GIS applications software for the system users and operators + Design and develop GIS database models and templates + Write, edit, install and verify programs for accessing, maintaining, linking and populating databases + Prepare maps and exhibits for business users + Assist with the development of GIS applications to integrate business content into other internal GIS projects + Participate in the development, maintenance and implementation of policies and procedures to ensure the accuracy of GIS information + Participate in the procurement and storage of geospatial data + Perform other duties as requested **Qualifications** **Minimum Qualifications** + Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Geography or related field **and** one (1) year of specific experience with GIS software **What We Offer You** The estimated annual pay range for this role is currently  **$64,000-$87,000.** This range reflects base salary only and does not include bonus payments, benefits or retirement contributions. Actual base pay is determined by experience, qualifications, skills and other job-related factors. This role is eligible for additional discretionary and incentive payment considerations based on company and individual performance.
