Healthcare Benefits Configuration Analyst (Facets)

Location: Mason, OH 45040 (Hybrid 2 days onsite per week)

Duration: 12 Months (Possible Extension)

Pay Rate: $50.00 57.00/hr. W2 All Inclusive / $55.00 65.00/hr. C2C All Inclusive

Work Hours: 8:00 AM 5:00 PM (1-hour break, 40 hrs/week)

JOB OVERVIEW

The Healthcare Benefits Configuration Analyst (Facets) will serve as a Sr. Configuration Analyst within the Business Configuration Solutions team. This role is responsible for designing, implementing, and executing benefit configuration , capturing and documenting business requirements, providing data analysis , troubleshooting, and leading cross-functional meetings. The analyst will support Medicaid, Medicare, and Med/Surgical program implementations and act as a subject matter expert across multiple internal teams.

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Serve as a subject matter expert representing the Configuration workstream for large Government Implementations for Medicaid, Med/Surgical, and Medicare programs .
• Provide Data Analysis and troubleshooting expertise on Configuration tool sets with automated processes.
• Prepare data for analysis by removing duplicates, errors, and outliers and perform data validation .
• Build SQL queries to pull backend data based on configuration needs.
• Serve as a Business Analyst , documenting requirements , process flows , and executing testing for toolset enhancements.
• Self-manage and prioritize workload to meet SLAs and KPIs.
• Collaborate with Configuration leadership on system roadmap deliverables enhancing automation.
• Conduct Fit/Gap Analysis and provide feedback on new client plans.
• Maintain positive working relationships with stakeholders and cross-functional teams.

• 3+ years' experience with Facets platform
• Medical Plan Benefit Configuration
• Provider Network & Agreement Configuration
• Understanding of Medicare/Medicaid Programs
• Strong Communication & Interpersonal Skills
• Bachelor's Degree (or equivalent experience)
