Responsibilities

Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by physicians
Monitor and assess patients' vital signs and medical condition
Assist patients with activities of daily living
Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to develop and implement comprehensive care plans
Educate patients and their families on proper home care procedures and self-management techniques
Maintain accurate and up-to-date documentation of patient care activities

Requirements

Valid license in the state of Georgia
CPR certification
Compassionate an patient-oriented approach to care
Strong communication
