Responsibilities:- Assist in end-to-end recruitment process (sourcing, screening, scheduling interviews).- Maintain employee records and HR documentation.- Support day-to-day office operations and coordination.- Help in onboarding and induction activities.- Assist in drafting HR policies, reports, and presentations.- Coordinate with internal teams for smooth operations. Requirements:- Graduate/Final-year student pursuing MBA/BBA/HR/Operations (preferred).- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.- Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment.- Immediate availability to join.
