Infant/Toddler Nanny – $16.50–$17.00/HR (Depending on Experience)
Location: 78108 – Schertz, TX
We are seeking a reliable and nurturing nanny to support a sweet family with two young daughters in Schertz! The ideal candidate will provide engaging care for an active toddler and gentle support for their infant, helping both children thrive through daily routines, age-appropriate activities, and lots of love. Mom and Dad may have occasional requests for additional days depending on their work schedules, so some flexibility is a plus!
Their toddler (2 years old) is energetic and curious, loves jumping, exploring, and playing instruments, while the baby (8 months) is focused on eating, napping, and bonding. The family values patience, positivity, and a proactive attitude, and would love someone who can truly connect with their children.
Schedule:
Monday, Tuesday, Thursday
9:30 AM - 4:00 PM
Additional hours may occasionally be requested depending on family schedules.
Start Date: September 8th, 2025
End Date: TBD
Compensation: $17.00/hr
Provide attentive care for two children (ages 2 years and under)
Keep kids safe, engaged, and on routine
Assist with light household tasks related to children (meal prep, tidying, laundry as needed)
Support early learning and active play (indoor and outdoor)
To be eligible for this position, applicants must meet the following:
High school diploma or equivalent (G.E.D.) required prior to hire
At least one year of childcare experience, including in-home nanny experience (paid experience preferred)
Experience with infants and toddlers
Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation (Driving not required but helpful)
Ability to pass a background check (Provided and required)
Two childcare references (Ready upon request)
Bilingual in Spanish or Tagalog preferred, but not required
