What You'll Do We are seeking a proactive and charismatic
Internal Business Consultant . In this dynamic role, you'll have the opportunity to make outbound calls to assigned accounts, recommend our premium products and promotions, and help us reach new heights in customer engagement.
Key Responsibilities: - Powerful Engagement: Dial into opportunity! Make outbound calls to accounts within your territory, building connections, and creating lasting relationships.
- Converting Leads: Transform white space into potential gold mines! Follow up on leads and open the door to new possibilities.
- Promoting Education: Spread the word! Actively promote and explain Dermalogica's educational programs and classes, empowering our customers with knowledge.
- Inbound Brilliance: Be the voice that makes a difference! Take inbound calls, pre-qualify leads, and assist with advertising needs.
- Data Master: Keep the details dialed in! Update account information and track purchases, upsell, and create engaging e-blasts to help hit our targets.
What You'll Bring Key Qualifications: - High School diploma (BA/BS degree preferred)
- Minimum 1 year of experience in salon, health, beauty, pharmaceutical, or consumer package goods
- Exceptional organizational and communication skills
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office, and experience with Pepperi is a plus.
- A vibrant passion for skincare and beauty
- Esthetician license is a major bonus!

The expected base hourly rate range for this position is $23.00-24.00. The exact base hourly rate is determined by various factors including experience, skills, education, geographic location, and budget.
