Job Description

Role: Project Manager (Junior)

Location: Remote (Only US Citizen)

Duration: 2.5 years

Day to Day:

Manage the integration, including disentanglement and IT transfers

Responsible for integration of IT systems (a transfer) and physical office locations (also a transfer) and will be responsible for helping with multiple transfers at a time

2-3 projects at a time (standard, but pending on transfers might be a lower number)

Develop a timetable for the projects aligned to set goals.

Lead projects towards agreed goals according to set schedule, quality and budget

Collaborate with project team members internally and externally.

Responsible for communication with the Steering Committee.

Continually work to improve, educate and lead within company project processes.

Develop, manage and drive improvements through engagement, support teamwork and apply structured models in project management.

Required Qualifications:

• 3-5 years enterprise Project Management
• Bachelors degree

Desired Skills:

• Life Sciences Industry experience
• Former big 4 experience
• Strong disentanglement and transfer experience
• Previously managed ERP system transfer from a former acquisition
• Previously managed an enterprise corporate location move, caused by an M&A
• Strong M&A project management (for example, will split where people are sitting, moving equipment out of locations to be more efficient, etc)
• Enterprise supply chain industry experience (could be Life Sciences, automotive)
