Job Description

Role: Lead QA

Location: Remote + occasional travel

Duration: 6 month CTH

• Advanced Smartsheet experience is a requirement.
• Experience with Duck Creek, Guidewire, UKG platforms will be valuable.
• Flexible working in a fast paced environment to help the client elevate their BSA and QA capabilities to show what good looks like.
• These roles require effective leadership skills, able to jump into the deep end and figure it out. Needs to be highly proactive, problem solver
• They represent the Client Brand to our client. Resource needs to understand they are part of a larger Client engagement team, and are expected to collaborate with the team and not fly solo or commit to scope without prior review with the engagement leadership to ensure we remain within the parameters of the SOW.
• Resources need to be able to decompose complex problems into visual tools to help their team members understand and rally around problems to resolve.
• Resources need to be comfortable communicating with all levels of management, including client executives.
• Resources must be willing to take initiative, follow processes and complete tasks without direct oversight on a daily basis.
• It is critical for resources to be highly organized and able to self-prioritize their work at a rapid pace that changes direction frequently.
• Must be willing to work across domestic time zones and travel if needed.
• Resources will be issued equipment allocated by Client, and the equipment should be able to handle installation of VDI or Citrix client without performance degradation. If a resource is converted, they will be assigned equipment from ORI.
