Maintenance Manager – Paper Machine & Converting
Salary $120,000 –$150,000 + Excellent Benefits + Paid Relocation to the Midwest U.S.

Responsibilities for this Paper Machine & Converting Maintenance Manager :
· Lead a team of supervisors and mechanics toward a proactive maintenance culture
· Implement and optimize Preventive/Predictive Maintenance programs
· Reduce unscheduled downtime and drive operational efficiency
· Ensure safety compliance and promote clean, organized work standards
· Champion continuous improvement across all maintenance activities.
Minimum requirements for this Paper Machine & Converting Maintenance Manager:
· BS in Engineering or Technology OR equivalent experience with paper machines
· Minimum of 7 years of maintenance leadership in the paper industry
· Strong background in reliability and predictive maintenance
· Proven ability to lead, inspire, and motivate teams
· High energy and enthusiasm for growth and innovation.
