We are seeking a dedicated, full-time Physician as Medical Director to provide strategic and clinical leadership for our multidisciplinary Care Team, which includes Advanced Registered Nurse Practitioners, Dementia Care Physicians, Licensed Clinical Social Workers, Care Navigators, and support staff. The Medical Director plays a key role in delivering high-quality care to older adults, ensuring clinical excellence, operational efficiency, and alignment with organizational goals.
Location:Remote (Multi-state licensure preferred)
Key Responsibilities:
Provide direct clinical oversight to licensed practitioners, with a focus on quality, consistency, and clinical best practices
Collaborate with interdisciplinary team members to deliver coordinated, person-centered care for patients with neurocognitive and complex medical needs
Serve as a strategic partner in evolving clinical protocols and virtual care delivery models
Support performance improvement initiatives and quality assurance programs
Participate in hiring, mentoring, and ongoing development of clinical staff
Help drive value-based outcomes and support risk-based care initiatives
Represent clinical leadership in cross-functional meetings, contributing to the broader vision and strategy
Requirements:
MD or DO with Board Certification in Geriatrics, Family Medicine, or Internal Medicine (Geriatrics preferred)
6–8 years of clinical experience, ideally with older adult or neurocognitive disorder populations
Proven leadership experience managing ARNPs or interdisciplinary teams, preferably in a virtual care environment
Unrestricted medical license with ability to obtain licensure in multiple states, including D.C.
Experience delivering virtual care strongly preferred
Exceptional clinical judgment, communication, and organizational skills
Passion for innovation in elder care, and a collaborative, mission-driven mindset
